Why did my homepage footer disappear and how can I restore it?

I´ve lost my footer in my homepage (it seems that it stays behind the photo ).

When I enter into a product, the footer is there, but I want the opposite.

I want the footer only in the homepage.

How can I solve it?

If I hide the image, the footer is there,

but when showing, seems to get over it
