2 websites started missing buy button at the same time. No new apps or code changing.

Are you able to preview both of your stores on a fresh Shopify theme, to see if the issue persists?
To do this, on your Shopify admin you’ll need to navigate to Online store > Themes > Explore free themes and select a theme to add to your library. From there, click on Actions > Preview, and you can then view your product page to see if the buy now button will appear.
If you need further help to look into this issue, you can also contact our team so that we can take a closer look at your account from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.
