Why do my meta title tags keep disappearing?

Hi there I believe there may be a conflict with one of my Apps.

There is an App installed called ‘SEO ‑ All in One & Auto SEO’ by Softpulse Infotech and every time I add a snippet to theme.liquid ie. {% include ‘SEO-All-in-one’ %} a few days later it vanishes and all the titles of the page also vanish, as in the meta title tags are lost. It may be clashing with another snippet - {% include ‘SEOMetaManager’ %}

Are there any files that need to be removed or updated so we can resolve this problem?

Any ideas how I can resolve this?
