Why does an error occur when saving personalized CSS?

So i was trying to change the text of this “note block” for users of my website.

I can’t find the HTML source to change it, so i use CSS to change the text… In the preview mode, i could change it, but when i try to save the personalized CSS it gives me a error like this: “Online Store editor session cannot be published”

Can someone help me out?

Please try to move code in your CSS Customize to your Online store > Themes > Edit code > Assets > base.css file to solve it.
