I have created a UTM using link builder, I’ve seen that the tags are working in Google analytics, showing the correct tracking.
However, Shopify traffic source remains as direct, this works with Facebook, the source in this case is Reddit. I have gone back 30 days and have seen at least one hit from Reddit.
Does anyone have anything I can try or what could be causing this?
