Why does my chat with the support team keep disconnecting?

when i chat with shopify support team i am getting disconneted

the message says … Unable to establish a connection… Reload …

I couldnt continue Chat with support team

Thank you for getting in touch. Do you have a screenshot of this error message that you can share with me, if possible? What web browser are you using?

This is so frustrating. I finally connect to a live agent. They respond and just out of nowhere the connection just stops. I reach out and my messages are unable to be delivered.

However, when I refresh the page that is when i see the agent is disconnected and thats when I see his messages appear. What is this? Am I the only one dealing with this?
