Why does my font size change on the live site despite correct previews on Shogun?

i recently created a shopify website using shogun however my font size seams to resize. it shows it correctly on the shogun preview however it shows up way different on the live site. i have tried applying it to an updated unedited shopify theme however it makes no difference. in addition some people viewing the site such as my marketing company are saying that the font isnt appearing resized at all to them. so i am at a brick wall trying to figure out why it is resizing. i have gone through all the coding and can not find any coding causing it to resize. can someone please instruct me where in the coding is affecting this or give me an html code stopping the theme from resizing an fonts from my shogun app. see the images below showing the issue

You should have some CSS rules defined in your template that overrides the Shogun styles.
