Why is this, how can I change to not have this and actually be correct?

Firstly, congratulations on starting your store! This error typically occurs when you buy a new domain and google takes some time to crawl it. The process of crawling and indexing your site can take time, and Google doesn’t guarantee how long it will take. You will want to learn how to submit your sitemap file to the Google Search Console to help Google find and index pages on your site.
Have you already begun setting up your store? I suggest using The General Checklist to ensure that you have your store all set up and ready for customers to make purchases on. In other words, having a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.
I also suggest checking out this resource on how to increase SEO, which will help increase your store’s discoverability by using relevant keywords that your target customers will likely search for on Google.
