Hi I have paid for a basic plan on shopify for 20 rupees (India) each for the first 3 months then regular price afterwards and it took me to a razorpay site where I put in the one time password that I received to verify the payment. Then I got an email from razorpay that my payment was successful for 1 rupees. I am confused as to why it says 1 rupee when the payment should be 20 rupees. Then I got an email from razorpay saying that a refund is being processed for 1 rupee. And my store is not available after my free trial ends. Please look into it.
Topic summary
Customer attempted to purchase the Shopify Basic plan at ₹20/month for the first 3 months. After being redirected to Razorpay (the payment processor) and completing OTP verification, Razorpay emailed a “payment successful” notice for ₹1 instead of ₹20.
Shortly after, Razorpay sent a notice that a ₹1 refund was being processed. The customer’s store became unavailable once the free trial ended, implying the intended ₹20 payment did not complete.
