Why does my product metadata query always return null?

Whenever I query for metadata information on my product I always receive null as a response. I am sure that:
-I query the correct namespace & key
-Have defined the metadata on the product I do the query for

Anyone knows how to solve this? I attached screenshots of all configuration and results.
