Hi, does anyone know why state/territory in customer order form automatically change to number code?
How to turn everything back to normal?
For example, my customer is done filling up order form to buy from my store, they put state/territory like New York, London, Kuala Lumpur just fine.
but, after they click continue to payment which brings them to next page, that new york london etc become number code.
for example Kuala Lumpur will turn to 14. the word Kuala lumpur is gone and replace with 14. This can turn off customer from buying.
why is this happening? my store works just fine before i havent changed anything.
