Why doesn't my uploaded product video show on the live website?

question- I can upload a video successfully on my products page in Simple theme, but it does not show up front end live website..

Hi @acnestopkits

I do not think Simple theme supports video in the product page. I would suggest using Shopify FREE 2.0 themes instead or any 2.0 themes

I don’t see any Simple themes in the Shopify theme store.. sort of odd because I found an article of ‘10 best free Shopify themes for 2023’ and Simple was listed as #6.. Any thoughts on where to get the FREE Simple you listed above? TY!
