Why has my company phone number vanished from the footer?

Hi there,

Our store is not online yet.

Theme: Dawn 2.x

We change something and the phone number that used to show on the bottom/right of the footer is gone.

Where do I turn it on again?

Can you please share your store URL?
Did you deleted phone number from admin?

If deleted that section then need to recreate that section for this theme.

It’s odd to hear that your phone number seems to have vanished from your footer. There could be a couple causes for this, so I have some additional information:

  • What exactly did you change? Was it a coding change? Did you remove your phone number? Did you turn off a setting in your theme editor?
  • Can you provide us with a link to your store so we can see what the footer looks like currently?
