Why haven't I received payment after two weeks of product sale?

i didn’t receive my money on my bank account after selling a product its been 2 weeks

It sounds like you are having some issues with your Shopify Payments Payouts, is that correct? If this relates to a different payment gateway, then it would be a good idea to contact their own support team directly, as these payment gateways will be third-party and external to us.

If this relates to Shopify Payments, then it would be a good idea to check if there are any errors or warning messages in your Shopify admin - if so, you may find more information on any payout delays there.

You can view your payouts in your Shopify admin by navigating to Settings > Payments and then in the Shopify Payments section, click the View payouts button. You should be able to see more information about the status of any relevant payouts here, such as the following:

  • In Transit: The payout is in the process of being sent to your bank account.
  • Paid: The payout was sent to your bank. This is usually not instant and can take several business days depending on your bank processing times.
  • Failed: If you see this then it means that your bank failed to successfully process the payout, so the funds were not deposited. If this happens you will receive an email containing more information, and you will also see a message in your admin. This information will explain why the payout failed, and what you can do to resolve the issue. If the payout failed due to a problem with your bank account details, then there will be a link that you can click to update them.

If you cannot find any information relating to your Shopify Payments payouts, even after reading he above information, then I would suggest contacting our support team directly using this link here so that we can access your account and take a closer look at what might be happening.
