The picture you see shows my side-loading endlessly. It will not provide an answer or put me through to a human. I am nearly in tears because I can’t get help with an ongoing bug that is affecting my sales!

It may be network issue on your side, please logout your store and try loggin again and then go to help center then access the chat, it should work fine in normal cases
