Why is my banner image on Dawn theme always blurry?

Hi,

I’ve tried so many different resolutions for my banner image and I’ve tried setting the banner height on Shopify to every possible option “adapt to first image”, “small”, “medium”, “large”, but nothing works. The image get blurry and I can’t figure out why.

I have a image with an amazing resolution (14875 x 8583px and 96ppp) and 35,2 MB so I can adapt it according to your recommendations.

On the website I’ve uploaded different versions, for instance, 3600x2025px and 72ppp and 451KB size and it got blurry aswell.

Can anyone help please?
