Why is my customer being double charged on Shopify Payments?

Hi Team,

My customer called to let us know that shopify is double charging her. She had paid with her visa and we are using Shopify Payments. One on the day of capture, and then on the next day.

In my orders we have only captured once, yet on customers bank statements it is captured twice. Please see below as this needs to be sorted out ASAP.
