customer paid 16$ for the product but the payement is pending since last week
At first there was 16$ showing in my shopify balance and payement status was pending . But today my shopify balance is zero Dollars and payement status isn’t different . still showing PENDING

Transactions that are marked as Pending are generally for sales that you’ve made, but that haven’t been sent to your bank account via a Shopify Payments Payout yet.
Firstly, please check if you have set a longer payout schedule, such as monthly, in your settings. You can review your payout schedule by going to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments ‘Manage’ and checking the Payout schedule section.
Additionally, I recommend checking your Shopify admin for any messages or warnings related to your Shopify Payments account. There might be verification documents that need to be submitted, which could be causing the pending status on some transactions.
