Why is my Dawn theme's rich text font not displaying properly on mobile?

Hi there guys,

Wondering if someone might be able to help me out with some advice.

I am using Dawn theme and I have a rich text field with e.g. a specific font. Said font is viewable on both Desktop and Mobile view in Shopify editor, but when I preview the page, it can only be viewed as selected font on desktop, however on a separate mobile device or tablet it only picks up the templated text style as in the theme.

Below is when previewed only on a mobile device or tablet, the font does seem to translate to those devices using Brave, Edge or Chrome.

I have not launched my website yet and am only in design phase and Shopify is new to me so would love some advice on if I can solve this with CSS, thanks in advance guys, appreciate it…

Hi BSS - I have a lot of unpublished pricing and strategy on my site, is there any way you can offer a solution without seeing my unfinished store?

Hi @SeoulSurvivor ,

You can share a preview link to your store. No other people will be able to see the store except the one that has the URL.

Thanks for that - is there any way I can contact you to get you the link and password without it appearing on community forum, I don’t use WhatsApp
