I have the Dymo LabelWriter 4XL which I use for shipping labels.
It has been working perfectly through Shopify until recently and now when I go to print the label it gives me an error.
I have unplugged the label maker, restarted my computer and all the other things but still doesn’t work with Shopify.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could you advise what error message is displayed and if your OS version is compatible with DYMO?
Once the above is completed, I recommend trying the below troubleshooting steps to see if it rules out the issue:
- Try clearing out the printing queue by clicking start, searching printers and selecting the Dymo printer and checking the queue.
- Clear out all existing jobs from the printer.
- Try a test page from here to see if it will print correctly.
Dymo also has a help center article you can check out for printing errors on the label writer.
If the steps above have not resolved the issue, I recommend contacting Dymo Support to further troubleshoot the error.
