Why is my Facebook ads manager not displaying all event data?

Hi all.

I’m experiencing a weird situation where I can all events data under Facebook event manager ( page views, added cart, purchases).

However once I go into my ads manager in Facebook all those data are missing expect for Facebook website specific column such as amount spent cost per link. Data such as Website purchase, check out initiated are all appearing as a dash.

I’m not sure what I have done wrong but I’m sure my pixel is working well since I can see the data in Facebook event manager but for some reason the data isn’t being displayed in ads manager? Any help would be great. Thank you

The Facebook Pixels seeing all transactions and events happening on your site and records them. Your ad manager only see events and transactions that happen because of your campaigns. If your ad manager is not showing any purchase, then Facebook does not think your campaign lead to any sales on your site.
