Hey all
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced their favicon not displaying on Google’s search results? I uploaded my favicon on my Shopify Theme two weeks ago and still it doesn’t display. It only displays on the url bar. My shop is also not password protected anymore, I opened up shop yesterday.
Any assistance would be appreciated!

Could you please check your favicon size? It is recommendable in size as per standard.
Also, could you please check its favicon format?
Thanks for your prompt response. I’ve just checked again and under my theme settings it states that it’ll be scaled down to 32 x 32 px. I’ve just re-uploaded the icon again using a 40 x 40 px (apparently this is the minimum size I can use on Canva). It’s a PNG format

JFYI, Google taking a few weeks to update the favicon in the Google listing.
sure it’s www.xmpon.co.za. Yeah, I’ve seen some posts where Google takes a while to update Analytics, Merchant etc.
