For our first payout it says that payout has failed. Even though the bank account info I have entered is correct? It prompted me to put in the bank info again, in which I did. It is the exact same info I put as my first payout, now there is a 5-day delay in receiving a payout for us? I would like to process the orders for my customers as quickly as possible but I can’t for some reason due to the delay in payouts, any help is much appreciated.

Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
