Anyway to fix this? The image is vector png file. It’s blurry on desktop and mobile

You are using two images currently for desktop and mobile. The logo is just text I suggest using SVG instead.
your image is tiny. Shopify is making it 2x to display this is also the reason for the blur.
Unfortunately shopify doesn’t allow svg files to be uploaded for logos. I will try to increase the overall size and see if that helps.
I read somewhere changing the data sizes in the header file but I don’t see that in my theme (get rid of the small data sizes)
If you have your logo in SVG please send it to me I will check by adding it to the demo store.
