Why is my mobile hamburger menu not functioning properly?

Hi,

I’m having a problem with the hamburger menu in the mobile version of the landing page of my website. It’s not working when I use Slideshow section as the first section; however when I hide it so it doesn’t show in the front-end, the hamburger menu works.

This is also the error I get: Uncaught TypeError: e.$slides is null

I saw some replies that it has to do with javascript but I can’t figure out how to fix it.

I understand your problem but unfortunately in these cases no one can provide a solution without checking the theme files manually.

I’m using Glasso by Halo Theme. I’ve just edited the sccs files and section files. Not js files.

Just a friendly note, if you have manipulated their theme code, they may not be able to help out. If that is the case, you could always reach out to a Shopify Expert to take a look.
