hello dear shopify community my store has been blocked without reason . I have allready purchase the basic plan but still my account having login issue and is showing locked account .

When navigating to bsmlaa.myshopify.com, I was able to access your storefront and click on each navigation menu you have linked. It looks as though you were able to access our chat option and communicate with support. Glad to hear you were able to have this resolved!
For future, if you experience issues when accessing our live chat (such as being unable to send messages) I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, accessing our chat in another browser or using an incognito or private window.
While you’re here, I’d love to hear how business is going and share some tips to help with your store. Have you thought about purchasing a custom domain for your store? This can help with branding as customers will not see your .myshopify.com URL and can more easily find your website. Secondly, I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to upload a favicon image to your store. A favicon image is a tiny image that appears next to your store’s name in the web browser bar. I’ll share a screenshot below of where to locate this image.
