so now my money has been placed in a 120 day hold nearly 7k with no reason to do so ive not had any refunds nothing my payment was in transit this morning then i got this email STAY CLEAR off Shopify at all costs they steal your hard worked money stealing from small companies! I also want MY company’s money tomorrow as it was meant to be or I’ll take legal action with my solicitors. !!!
That’s so unfortunate! 
Have you tried contacting support and even just get a reason as to why they held your money? They didn’t state it in the email at all.
You may also want to reupload the image with your email covered or take down the image because it has your email and possibly other sensitive information.
no reason at all its very bad customer service and I need the money for my company. ive contacted them no answer
