Why is my product page background grey and uneditable?

Hello Support. Like u can see the background of my page description is grey for the past 2 days now and I can write or change or delete anything inside. I can only insert pics but only on top other than that l blocked and can do nothing.

I was supposed to post some products on FaceBook Manager Monday and now I cant

can u please help me?
