Why is my shipping feature not working after updating my credit card?

My shipping is not working. I put a new credit card in. I was able to process one order, and now it will not let me process more orders. I need to talk to support.

I have spent a half an hour looking for: how to talk to support through a chat, and email, or a telephone number. I cannot find a telephone number for Shopify support. Help!

Could you elaborate on what is not working for you now in terms of processing orders, are you unable to purchase shipping labels, mark orders as fulfilled, or something else?
