My shopify analytics does not track all visitors. we sent 834 users from Google Ads only to our Shopify website. Shopify says we received 18, so something is going wrong.
GA4 is tracking relatively good, saying we had 630 users. 628 users on the 30th of January, and 18 on the 31st of January. Shopify Analytics was working good but after 31 January we integrate GA4 using google tag manager it started not to track all visitors. Does someone know how to solve this issue?
