Why is my Shopify Payment still pending?

Hello, I have a problem with transferring money to my bank account. How long does Shopify Payment need to transfer money to my account? When I login to the account, it appears to me that it is pending, please help

If your current payout is displaying pending typically means that the transaction has been scheduled to be included in an upcoming payout. You will receive the payout depending on your payout schedule, you can also update your payout schedule by navigating to Settings > Payments > Manage (Shopify Payments gateway) > Payout schedule. This will allow you to change when you recieve your payouts from Shopify Payments.

In order for us to take a further look into the specifics of your payout, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. Since I cannot verify you as the store owner over the Community forums, it would be best and more secure to reach out to a Support Advisor by logging into your store using the Contact Us page.

If you are unable to login to your store, you can select the option to Continue without logging in. Whether you selected the option continue without logging in, or successfuly logged into your store - you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to reach out to our support directly to gather more information and insight about your pending payout.
