Why is my store's contact form not sending customer inquiries?

Hi,

I seem to be having issues with my stores contact form.

our email and domain is hosted with namecheap and is setup and working with everything else such as order confirmations, marketing emails etc but when it comes to a customer submitting an enquiry using our contact form. We never receive the email.

could someone please help us rectify this?

Try changing your TXT from v=spf1 include:spf.privateemail.com ~all → v=spf1 a include:spf.privateemail.com ~all

Hi, this is now the format I have changed it to as per your suggestion! I have done a test today and it seems to be working!

I just noticed that we are no longer receiving contact form submissions to our email. The last response I received was on June 3rd 2024. Little over a month ago. However, we do not frequently get form submissions so I am unsure when this issue started.

Please help! I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it up and working again

I just realized that my contact form stopped sending at the end of july.

Could you take a look at my website and see what I need to fix? If I change the contact notification email, it does work, but just does not work with my conchousa domain email.
