Why is my website constantly showing a loading sign?

My website is not working from past few hours. It’s just showing loading sign and nothing else. Need Urgent help.

Are you receiving any error messages or encountering any specific problems when trying to load your store? Have you made any theme, app or domain changes on your store recently? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own, and if so, what were they? I would recommend clearing your browser cache & cookies as a start, and you could also consider testing this on multiple devices and internet connections if you have access to them.

There was a minor outage recently relating to the intermittent loading of images, media, and assets however all systems appear to be operational at the time of this reply - which is outlined on our Shopify Status Page here. It is possible that some issues affecting a smaller amount of stores may not be reported there. I would suggest that you log in to your store using the provided link to see a more detailed status.

If you have not made any changes that could be causing this issue and your store domain is functioning correctly, then I would suggest you contact our support team directly so that we can examine the issue closely and address it with our team if required.

Hey, my shopify website is also not loading and i’m not sure how to find the url for my site?

I understand that your Shopify store is not loading and you are unsure how to find the URL for your site.

To clarify, the URL of your store would be the website address that you use to access your store - it would be in the URL bar at the top of your browser when you are trying to access your storefront. When you signed up for Shopify, you should have received an email that should contain the URL for your store. You can also use this tool here to enter your email address to be reminded of any stores you currently have.

If you have access to your Shopify admin, you can find the URL for your store by navigating to Settings > Domains. Your primary domain should be listed here, alongside any other domains you have added.

You mentioned your store wasn’t loading - are you accessing your store and seeing some error messages? Feel free to let me know what sort of errors are showing, and include any relevant screenshots if possible.
