Why is my website not loading on mobile devices?

I had a customer inform me that my website (durbyxellen.com) isn’t loading for them when trying to access it from their cell phone. I tried it and am getting the same “Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.” This is both in the regular and incognito setting as well as after clearing my cache, cookies, history, etc. However, when I disconnect my cell phone from the internet the site loads with no problem. How do I resolve this as a majority of customers visit my site via their mobile devices?

I double-checked on my end to confirm that your domain does in fact work on both mobile and desktop. For reference, I used both the Firefox and Chrome browsers to test. I’m not able to replicate the issue as it’s not a connectivity issue with your domain or Shopify (otherwise, the site wouldn’t load at all).

With that said, I looked into the error message you have been receiving and I found some relevant information from Apple’s help center on how you can diagnose and fix the Safari error message, here.
