Why is my website's vertical scroll bar too thin?

Hi, not sure why this is happening but the vertical scroll bar on my site is very thin and doesn’t look like a typical regular vertical side scroll bar. How do I make it so that my scroll bar is back to normal? I attached an image of my scroll bar and attached an image of a regular scroll bar. Would greatly appreciate the help.

Basically the scrollbar is using the default of each browser. So we need to force it show like the style you want.
