I have an on-line store and sale tax is not being charged to my customers. When I go through the steps to see if it charges me tax, It does. Can you assist me?

Can you tell me which country you are based in? If it’s the United States, what state are you based in? Are the orders where taxes are not being charged from customers in other states?
