Did you ever find a solution for this. We are having issues with Shop Pay also but have no way to turn it off. It is saying shop pay unavailable or when clicking the button it says too many attempts.
I’m having the exact same problem. It’s creating chaos with customers either leaving our checkout because they cannot figure out how to order via AfterPay or placing orders with ShopPay in error and then ringing us asking for refunds.
I raised the issue, it was apparently caches on my computer because I used shoppay previously. I cleared my caches but this is far from ideal - as if a customer knows about caches and they should have to clear them to be able to check out using their chosen payment method and not forced to use shoppay just because they had used shoppay before.
We intermittently turn shoppay on / off to see if it has any impact on our conversation rate… As this stage there is no significant difference with it turned on or off..
Same issue, I have complained about it before and they do not care. I think it’s totally intentional. People should be able to checkout with the method they would like, not be forced into using Shoppay. I know I’m losing sales over this.
