Ok, this has happened twice now on my first two customers. Shopify charged my customers for their goods, then immediately paid me for every cent of the transaction, taking nothing out for the charges needed by printify. The customers complained, then I had to manually send the orders, which deducted moneys from my personal bank account. Is this the norm for this type of business?
If so, how do I shut down my store? As i thought this was supposed to be “no touch.”
