Why is the BUCKS Currency Converter not working on my site?

Hi everyone,

Is anybody using ‘BUCKS: Currency Converter’? I just realised about an hour ago the currency converter is not working on my site. All the prices changes to 0 if I changed it to anything other than SGD (as seen in the image attached). If anybody had or is experiencing the same issue, what are the solutions to fix this. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance with currency conversion on the shop, to get this resolved. While I am unable to replicate the error, I recommend attempting some local troubleshooting steps to see if this resolves.

Here are the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear the Cache and Cookies.
  • Try on Another Web Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or an Incognito Window.
  • Ensure the web browser is Up To Date on the latest version.
  • Try Another Device such as another computer or a cellphone.
  • Try on the Shopify Mobile App.
  • Try another Internet Connection (i.e cellular network on a phone rather than wifi).

If after attempting all of the outlined steps above, the error persists, I recommend contacting the app developer directly. As BUCKS Currency Converter PRO++ is a third-party app, they will be able to provide further assistance with getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. To contact them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Get Support.
