Why isn't jump to tag working in Dawn theme?

Hi all,

I have some custom pages with info for customers, and I have been using name tags (example) to allow customers to jump to sections to save a lot of scrolling. These are accessed by links at the top of the page using G etc

All was working well until I did a site refresh and started using the Dawn theme (was previously using Supply), now most of the links don’t do anything, just the final one (Z) seems to work. I have double checked the code and can’t see any obvious differences between the Z link and the others.

Any thoughts on what has gone wrong?
