Hello team,
We recently added the Eflsight photo gallery widget in order to create a different view experience for our customers regarding ideas in our website.
The objective was to create a tab in which I had one widget displaying a gallery of ideas, and withing this gallery, every photo will re-direct to another widget once again displaying a different view of the selected gallery option (a photo from the original menu).
The initial set up and uploading went smoothly and until last week , everything was working well.
We were able to go into the gallery, click on it and then without leaving the tab, get to to the next widget.
However, a day or 2 later after the final set up, the main gallery widget still shows up, however when I click the images on the widget to get to the next one, it says that the links (pages created internally in shopify and currently hidden) are not longer available.
The image below shows the error with the link
I contacted Elfsigh support and they say it’s not their widget and that Shopify should be able to sort it. The reply below was their answer:
"Dear XXXXX,
Thank you for double-checking!
I am terribly sorry that you are facing this issue but, as I said, it is not connected to our widget.
I suggest that you contact Shopify Support Team so that they could explain why those links are expired. As much as we would love to help you fix the issue, there is nothing we can do with the links, I am so sorry about that!"
Ideas please? We paid the yearly subscription for this widget.
Regards,
Carlos
