Hello dear shopify community, some Facebook events has stopped tracking events. Can somebody help me to solve my problem. I hired a technichan to look at my source code but he did not find any problems.

This is now a common issue with Facebook and Shopify integration due to the new IOS update.
If the visitor did not want his information be captured Facebook pixel will not have a way to get those information.
One solution is adding a cookie banner which asks visitors if they want their cookie information be saved. https://apps.shopify.com/justuno-pop-ups-email-conversion
Another solution is adding a UTM parameters to your Facebook ads so you capture data more accurately. https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1016122818401732
Before doing any of the steps above make sure that your Facebook pixel and Shopify is connected properly and your domain is verified in Facebook.
