Why isn't my favicon showing on mobile bookmarks?

Need assistance with Favicon for mobile when bookmarking websites. Desktop works fine and can see the FAV icon picture of my logo when I bookmark it in the browser but for a mobile phone when I bookmark it, does not show the Favicon just bookmarks the site… I’m at a loss and really need to fix this as its part of my branding. Any suggestions would be a massive help
