I would like to embed Klaviyo sign up form but it doesn’t show on the live web page but it isn’t showing up.

Please add this code to your theme.liquid above the to get this solved
Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > Customize > App Settings
Step 2: Click the Klaviyo to enable the App
Another way to check is you can place an App block to your page and include your ID, if the form still doesn’t show, you should check your form settings if its live yet or embedded type. And should contact the Klaviyo support team
