Why is my Shopify payment not working?

I understand you are wondering why your Shopify Payments is not working - I’d be happy to clarify the situation and steer you in the right direction. Was your Shopify Payments account working previously, but has suddenly stopped?
Here on the Shopify Community, we do not have access to any accounts. This means that while I would love to be able to find out the reasons for your Shopify Payments account not working, I am unable to share any information about this with you here.
With that said, I can still advise on the best next steps! Have you received any email correspondence from our team? Usually if there is an issue with your account we will send out an email with more information - replying to this email will be a good idea. Also, you should check your Shopify admin to see if there are any errors or warning messages there which might shed light on the situation.

Besides this payments issue, how is everything going on your store? Is this a new store that you are just setting up, or have you been running a Shopify store for a while?
