The payout is not showing up

Thank you for sharing your question with us. I’d be happy to help you track down your payout. Make sure to check out our guide on getting paid to learn where you can expect to see your payout, and when.
An easy way to track down how an order was paid, is to go to Admin > Orders > open order > view transaction details. Alternatively, pull up a list of all transactions by downloading a Payments Finance Report which is available to all plan tiers. Find this under Admin > Analytics > Reports > Finances > Show all > Payments.
If you are using Shopify Payments, you can quickly access a list of your payouts by going to:
- Shopify Admin > Settings > Payments
- In the Shopify Payments section, click the View payouts button
For all other payment gateways, please consult with your provider directly for more information on when your payout can be visible.
