The Debut theme does not work for me. Collections in the form of a Grid give everywhere prices of 19.99 and an awful picture quality. When switching to a linear format of collections, prices are real.
Similar problems with price and photo quality when showing priority items on the product page.
How can I fix this if the support service only issues a request number, but does not help?
