Why isn't the product price updating after size selection?

Help!

I removed the ‘Add To Cart’ button by following the instructions here : https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/os/customize/replace-add-to-cart

The button is hidden but now, on selection of size from the drop down list, the price no longer updates.

The product is a swimming costume and it comes in a range of sizes. The price increases every 3 or so sizes up.

The main page is https://stcharlesuniformshop.co.za/

It is only the one item (costume) that needs the ‘add to cart’ button removed

Theme is Debut
