Why my client can't deliver it's order to it's house?

Hello!

I just recieved some orders and some weren’t able to checkout because they couldn’t deliver to their house!

I have a picture as well!

Any help is welcome!

I found that out something. When I add to cart one item there is no problem at all. But when I add two, it cant be shipped!

Maybe it can help someone as well!

But yet I havent found a solution to that problem!

I found the solution!

My problem was that I did not have the “Shop Location” enabled on my General Shipping Profile (Settings–> Shipping And Delivery–> General Shipping Rates–> Manage–> Shop Location). Once I enabled this, I was able to checkout with multiple products.
