Can some one please help, I don’t understand what this mean, and why they terminated my account :

I didn’t receive any feedback yet, I have provided some adding information to ensure that my shop is regular but I’m still waiting that my shop will be actived again. At moment you’re stopping the progress of the my business and it is a problem for me.

Our Public Support team is unable to look into the status of tickets and to be transparent the Live Team cannot intervene with these decisions either. Once your ticket is with the correct team (which it is because you replied to the email), they will be able to review it and offer further consideration.
Hi Olivia! I have the same problem. I dont know what the reason is why they shut down my store. I replied to the email with some documents they needed, but they decided to hold my stores on inactive. I put so much money and work in my stores, and now all of this are gone, can’t believe this. Do you have a solution for this? Or more information? Because i still dont know what i did wrong, and im afraid to open a new store.

Same problem, store deactivated without notice, causing me a huge economic loss, no ticket received and support does not respond, a total disappointment from a company like Shopify. I hope you can resolve this soon.
Hi, there! If you haven’t received an email from Shopify about this you’ll need to contact our support team through the Help Center here for more help. Our support team will absolutely respond to you through the Help Center, although they may not have more details to share about your specific situation since it is being handled by a separate team. That being said, they would at least be able to ensure your ticket is with the correct team and let them know you are awaiting an update.
Ho ricevuto l’email , mi hanno chiesto della documentazione che ho fornito subito, poi il nulla, nonostante i miei solleciti non rispondono, gli store sono tutti disattivati e non ho risposte da loro da 5 giorni
on a désactivé ma boutique pour aucune raison, j’ai reçu tes mails j’ai fait appel, on m’a remboursé mon abonnement mensuel et mon nom de domaine mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi on a désactivé en boutique sachant que j’ai tout fait dans les règles j’ai je suis déclaré j’ai les papiers quand j’ai fait appel j’ai mis tous les documents. Shopify à ruiné mon lancement d’activités, il ne répondent pas et il ne te dise même pas exactement pourquoi il désactive ta boutique et comment réparer l’erreur pour récupérer la boutique et ne pas recommencé en faisant les mêmes erreurs.
